Sneakers

yes sneakers..... I need a pair.... and yesterday I looked for it but have trouble to find anything that fits.....

I can't find any..... yesterday I tried sizes between kids 2 to women's 5......
I can't get my head around the sizes here.... my shoe size is 35/36... so that is a 5 here (women) and a 3 (kid) but if it is a UK shoe it is a 2,5.....
Can't understand that it have to be so difficult to find a pair that fits.... but seems that people here don't have "small" feet....but as a salesman said to me when I asked if he had anything in size 5 -"Do you really have so small feet???"

And most of the kid shoes does (unfortunately) look like kid shoes.... :( (good if you are a kid )


So for now I guess I have to walk around in my boots.

Friday, it is cold, it is sunny :)

Feeling good today.... it was cold this morning, and when I came back home this morning I only had 15 degrees inside...... my own fault.... had forgot to close the balcony door, and if it is -8 outside, it cools down quick.

Well not long now until the weekend starts :)

Today I gonna bake :)  haven't done that for a while.....

Got a little more energy today, yesterday it was all gone.....

Otherwise it have been a quiet weekend, the weather have been really nice, for a change :)

Today I could stay in bed, no alarms on, nice.

Marcus have the day off today too so we are all home today.

When I woke up the sun was shining and it still does :)
It is 18° in the sun right now.  I want spring and summer now !!!

This week has passed really fast, only one more morning left but don't need to get up until 7 am :)

Tomorrow is Kevin's friday off, I really like this short weeks  :)

A nice day

Had a really nice evening yesterday.

Both dinner and dessert was appreciated so that was good :)

Even if we had said that we wouldn't give any gifts, I got this!!!!

Today it is valentine's day, can't say that I really bother about it.

Will anyway do something special :) no cards, no gifts but a good meal with some dessert :)

spring feelings that I had yesterday are GONE....

Today it is grey and rainy.... outside :p

I had a call this morning that brightened up my day :)

But checking the forecast it will rain again soon :(

Free is good !!!!

Today and tomorrow McDonald's have free Buttermilk Biscuits....
So went there to get one for Kevin's lunch :) just went through the drive through and you don't need to buy anything else to get it :)

So maybe I will go there tomorrow too....

It is Wednesday, half way to weekend :)

Yesterday I did "korv stroganoff", I had to use hot dogs instead of falukorv and it worked :)
everything was eaten and think that is a good rating that it was good :) ..... or everybody were starving....
I want to  think it was the first :)

I miss

small, not important things, but things that I just have been used to have.... and could find whenever I wanted them....

Some of this things is:

Falukorv - (can order it, but just over a half kilo will cost 70 Swedish Kr almost 140 Kr for a kilo falukorv????)

Turkish Pepper - (ohhh, just love licorice)

Mimosa sallad - ( well now I do my own but it would be nice to just be lazy and just buy it)

this is just some things, but the main thing I miss, want and "need" is cheese, proper cheese that I am used to, not this processed cheese.... I can't eat it, I don't like it....


I will still search and look for it :)

Monday morning and the start of the week.
Have had a long weekend. :)
Haven't done much, Saturday we were out for a walk, 2,5 hours we were out..... So on the evening I were knacked :) to much fresh air :)

On Sunday we just took a short walk to the store, then just relax on the sofa and watched TV.....

Time to make breakfast and lunch for Marcus.

Weekend

It is Friday finally :)
So this morning I didn't need to get up until 7.

We walked to school today, and Chip was running on the field outside the school, so when we came home he had to take a bath, poor little dog he looks so tiny when he is wet.

After that we went out for some shopping, and then we walked to school this afternoon to meet Marcus.

So now it is weekend for us all :)

I want sunny weather

Mmmm I am so tired of this weather now.... rain, rain and rain.

I left Sweden in June -08, came down to a South Africa in winter, then at the end of August -09, just when the spring started I left South Africa and came back to a Sweden in autumn, had a really cold and snowy winter, and then when the spring came and the snow had disappeared I went to South Africa again in the end of May, stayed there for 2 months (and missed a really hot summer in Sweden), were back in Sweden for 1 1/2 months and left for Canada, where I am now.
Yes had some lovely, sunny weather here the first weeks, nice autumn weather...... and now it is just rain, rain, rain.
So the last time I had a proper summer was in December -08.... A lovely hot summer in South Africa, so you can maybe understand my complains about the weather????

Anyway, now is time for me to go and pick Marcus up from school, and tomorrow is Kevin's Friday off so weekend starts NOW!!!!

Different morning

Today when we were going to Kevin's work it took us 30 minutes..... It use to take around 10...

But just because it have been a fire on a road, the police were stopping everyone and asked where they were going....
and on my way back home I had to stop because an ambulance was coming towards me, on my side of the road.....

Well hopefully the road have cleared when I am going to Kevin at lunch..

Now coffee time :)

Yep, sit and watching Liverpool playing Stoke..... feels a little weird it is middle of the day here and I am watching it live..... But it does feel more weird on the weekends when it is early in the morning.

But at least I can watch it and that's good.

The time of the day

have come....  :)

Almost time to go and pick my love ones up.

Will see if Kevin wants to sort my hair out tonight..... My roots really need a touch up.....

I can do it my self but sometimes it is just nice when someone else do it, and I can't see the back of my head... :)

Coffee

I love coffee, don't know how many cups I drink during the day.
But it is one thing I absolutely can't be without :)

So yes now I sit here with my coffee and do my daily routine :)

Mmmm every morning I do the same..... as soon as I am back after dropping Kevin off at work and the first walk with the dog....

I sit down, with my coffee, at my laptop and going through my emails, after that I read Aftonbladet-a Swedish newspaper- then I surf around on Internet, reads some blogs, writing in my own blog ( if I have something to write about)

Then it will be more coffee and do some things here at home ( this don't take so long time...... )

And when I have done that it is lunch time :)

After lunch I take Chip out for a walk and when we are in again it will be more coffee and start to think about what we going to have for supper.....(sometimes this taking a long long time...:p ) and after that it is time to pick Marcus up from school and Kevin from work :)


Then it is together time :) watch some TV and just relax... :)
