Vi åt wraps i helgen underbart gott.
Jag gjorde inte avocado yoghurten  av den enkla anledningen att jag inte tycker om den, istället gjorde jag en dressing av gräddfil och sweet chili sås.

Här är receptet: 
Curry Lime Marinade
10 gm curry powder
60 ml lime juice
2 cloves minced garlic
¼ bunch finely chopped cilantro
1 tsp granulated white sugar
60 ml canola oil or olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

-Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process for 30 sec or until well combined.
-Pour over cut chicken, coating thoroughly and let stand for 1 hour.
-Ideally, you will want to the chicken breast on a indoor/outdoor grill or grill pan at medium heat till done. Otherwise, heat a frying pan on medium heat, place chicken in hot pan and, turning constantly, heat until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees. Remove from the heat and set aside. This chicken can be served hot or cold.

Avocado yogurt

1 ripe avocado, finely chopped
5 finely chopped mint leaves
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp ground cumin
60 ml lime juice
250 ml plain yoghurt

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place in airtight container and store in the fridge.

To build the wrap:

4 flour tortillas
250 ml tomato salsa (tomater och lök)
Organic lettuces
Avocado yogurt
Curry lime Chicken

Lay wrap on counter, spread 1 heaping tablespoon of avocado yogurt onto wrap
Place 6-8 pieces of chicken on yoghurt.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon salsa over chicken
3-4 leaves of lettuce.
Wrap tortilla up and cut down the center.
